Our Commitment

We understand how much your personal information matters, and we treat your data with the utmost respect. At Suzatei, privacy is not an afterthought — it is where product design begins. We follow these core principles:

• Local first: your content lives on your own device by default, not on our servers;
• Data minimization: if data doesn't need to be collected, we don't collect it; when processing is necessary, we keep it to the minimum required;
• Never for profit off your data: we do not sell your personal data, use it for cross-app advertising tracking, or share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes;
• Transparency: what we collect, why we collect it, and how it is used are described honestly in this policy — and updated as our products evolve.

Current State of Data Collection

As of the date of this policy, our apps are designed to collect, transmit and share no personal data at all: they contain no analytics, advertising or tracking components, and our servers receive none of your data. All of your content stays on your device.

Information We May Collect in the Future

As our products keep evolving, we may collect limited information, for the sole purpose of improving our products in future versions — to understand how the apps perform, diagnose issues, and steadily improve quality and experience. Examples include:

• Anonymized or aggregated usage statistics: such as summarized counts of feature usage or screens visited, which generally cannot identify you;
• Diagnostic and technical information: such as device model, OS version, app version, language or region settings, and crash logs, used to locate and fix problems;
• Content you provide voluntarily: when you contact us by email or other channels with feedback, we use the information you provide to respond and to improve our products.

Such information is used internally by Suzatei only — for product improvement, quality assessment and service optimization. It will never be used for advertising, sold, or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Before any such collection actually begins, we will inform you in advance through in-app notices or updates to this policy, and obtain your consent where required by applicable law.

Content You Configure and Create

The following content you configure or create while using our apps is stored on your device only:

• API keys: encrypted in the system Keychain, present only on your device;
• Chats, stories, characters and settings: stored in the app's on-device sandbox;
• Generated images and videos: stored in the app's on-device sandbox, and saved to your photo library or shared only when you choose to;
• Balance caches: stored in the app's on-device sandbox and the widget shared container, used for display.

You remain in full control of this data: you can view, export or delete it at any time within the app.

Storage and Security

We take multiple measures to protect your data: sensitive credentials (such as API keys) are stored with system-level encryption (the Keychain); app data lives inside the OS sandbox, inaccessible to other apps; and network requests travel over encrypted HTTPS connections. Because our apps do not rely on Suzatei-run servers to store your data, there is no server-side database of yours that could be breached. We also keep following security best practices and keep hardening our products as they evolve.

Network Requests

Only when you actively perform an action — such as checking a balance, sending a chat message, or generating an image or video — does the app make an HTTPS request directly from your device to the third-party service you configured yourself (for example, an AI provider's official API), carrying the credentials you saved for authentication.

Apart from these user-initiated requests, the app communicates with no servers. We cannot and may not access those third-party services, the requests you send, or their responses. Some of our apps also provide a network kill switch, letting you cut off all network access with a single toggle.

Third-Party Services

Third-party AI services you configure and use are governed by those providers' own privacy policies and terms, which you should review yourself. Content you send to a third-party service (including prompts, conversations and materials) is handled by that provider under its own policies, and Suzatei is not responsible for third-party data processing.

Children's Privacy

Our apps are not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us using the details below and we will promptly handle and delete the relevant data.

Your Rights

You have full control over your data:

• Access and control: your data is stored on your device — you can view, preview full-screen, save to Photos or share it at any time within the app;
• Deletion: you can delete individual items in the app, or wipe all on-device data with a one-tap erase; uninstalling the app permanently deletes all local data, and no copies are kept by us;
• Questions and complaints: if you have any questions about how this policy is applied, or wish to exercise the rights above, contact us using the details below and we will respond as soon as we can.

Changes to This Policy

As our products and applicable laws evolve, this policy may be updated from time to time. When changes occur, we will post them on this page and revise the "last updated" date above; if a change materially affects your rights, we will highlight it more prominently. We encourage you to review this page periodically for the latest information.
